It *will* display raw radar data from NOAA on an "old-style" radar screen with the rotating ray highlighting echos as it goes by.
It will display ADS-B data for airplanes above.

It was not designed to be suited for any particular purpose or goal.You, however, will have fun figuring out all the features of the app and how to use them to extract information you need.
